He was soo good with kids, they loved being around him. He was very attentive and watched over kids during sightseeing. His warm personality, infectious enthusiasm, and expert guidance made us feel like we were part of a big family. We'd had the best bunch of people travelling together who got connected so well and became a family 💕 We'd also like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Jagruthi, our Tour Coordinator, who was always available to address our queries and concerns. Her coordination and communication skills were impressive, and we appreciate her efforts in making our trip smooth and enjoyable.🙏 Additionally, we're grateful for the Visa assistance provided by Mr. Arun, which was handled efficiently and professionally, making the entire process stress-free for us.👍 The entire experience was stress-free thanks to Travtips' expertise and professionalism. Mr. Arup handled everything from transportation to sightseeing, and his calm and composed demeanor put us at ease even when unexpected challenges arose. Had an unforgettable experience with TravTips on our recent tour of London, Scotland, and Ireland. The accommodations throughout were clean and comfortable giving the perfect place to rest after our day’s adventures.The food arrangements were also commendable with delicious meals that catered wonderfully to our Indian taste buds, while also offering a delightful continental experience. A very special mention goes to our tour manager, Madhu, whose dedication, warmth, and professionalism truly made this trip exceptional. Had the most fun time in my recent London Scotland Ireland July 2025 trip. Our itinerary was well covered with important points covering the group's varied interest. A special mention for our tour Manager Ms Madhurima.....very vibrant and engaging. She's efficient, possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. She was able to manage time effectively thereby creating a memorable and unforgettable experience for all of us. A Perfectly Managed and Memorable European Charm Tour with TravsTips I recently completed the European Charm tour with my family through TravsTips, and I must say—it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Everything was thoughtfully planned, and the entire journey was smooth, enjoyable, and filled with beautiful memories. A very special mention and heartfelt appreciation go to our tour manager, Mr. Arup Ghosh, who was the true hero behind the scenes. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and ever-helpful attitude made a significant difference throughout the tour. No matter what the situation was, he always handled it with grace and efficiency. One incident that truly highlighted his dedication occurred during our stay at Four Seasons by Sheraton in Padova, where the breakfast service was unexpectedly poor. Many travelers, including myself and my family, were left without proper breakfast. However, Arup immediately took charge of the situation. Without delay, he arranged a fresh breakfast for all the tourists and had it served on the coach before departure. He ensured no one missed their meal and still kept the tour running right on schedule. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and truly commendable. TravsTips is lucky to have such a tour manager on their team. Because of him, our entire group felt well taken care of, informed, and supported throughout the tour. I hope we are fortunate to have Mr. Arup Ghosh as our tour manager on all our future travels.
