I can’t recommend this gym enough! The coaches and staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the community. The gym itself is top-notch—spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making every workout feel comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights for me is their special offerings at the bar. The coffee is fantastic, and their protein shakes are a must-try! The Yallah Shake is especially amazing—I highly recommend it if you're looking for a delicious, energizing boost after your workout. All in all, this gym is the complete package—great atmosphere, excellent staff, and fantastic amenities. If you're looking for a place to train, this is definitely the spot!

A group of seven of us sign up together from the same company. This is a good team bonding event on a regular basis and they also have gym facilities with very clean showers as well. Great place I recommend.
