I had a very frustrating experience with this travel agency while applying for a Dubai visa. I initially contacted them to apply for a family visa, but instead of submitting the correct application, they submitted the wrong type of visa, which led to my application being rejected. After this mistake, I decided to try another agency, and they submitted the correct family visa application, which was approved without any issues. What’s worse, during the process, one of the workers at the agency was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only did they fail to take responsibility for the mistake, but they also treated me poorly, making the entire situation even more stressful. It’s very disappointing to deal with a company that lacks both competence and courtesy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, especially if you want to avoid mistakes and poor customer service.
