One Star is Too Generous for This Event Planner If you value your money, time, and sanity, RUN far away. They took all the money upfront and completely failed to deliver even a fraction of what was promised. Here’s a summary of the nightmare they created: • No lighting system provided at all despite this being included in the agreement. • Non of the agreed-upon decorations or flowers—the event looked nothing like the vision they sold us. Plain and empty tables the opposite of the agreed upon center-piece decorations. • The DJ arrived 2.5 hours late to the event, and their workers arrived extremely late with no supervision or clear guidance, they were “setting-up” after guests already arrived. • The Kosha was placed in the wrong location, looked absolutely terrible, and they had to deconstruct and reconstruct it while the guests were already there in both times, causing chaos and embarrassment. • The dance floor was laughably small, cheap, and of such poor quality that we had to remove it ourselves because it was so humiliating. • Their workers were setting up DURING the event, making the entire occasion look disorganized and unprofessional. The hotel staff had to step in to save the day, which is the only reason the event didn’t turn into a complete disaster. Post-event? Absolutely no communication. They’ve ghosted us despite repeated attempts to reach out. They were sweet, reassuring, and overly accommodating acting like the heroes that will create a dreamy event before taking all the money, but once paid, they disappeared and turned out to be scammers.

Unfortunately, I rate them and all the staff as poor - there was no professionalism and no commitment to timing at all, and the person in charge of the project needs to learn more about how to arrange and coordinate the place. They have no sense of responsibility and ruined all the party plans. The quality of the materials used was poor! And in the middle of the party, the lighting went out because the lighting supervisor could not control the situation.
