If you’re into gaming and haven’t checked out True Gamerz at Blue Water, you’re missing out. Excellent layout, no lag issues, and good sound isolation between setups. The entire team is solid, but Nikita and Nikolas in particular are a powerhouse, on it every time. True Gamerz deserves the hype.

The second I arrived at the facility I was greeted with a chill, welcoming approach by Nikita, who showed me around without wasting much time. From there on I understood that I came to a right spot. The “standard” area’s computers just show that True Gamers truly have much higher standards than anywhere I’ve been in Dubai and my home country. I will definitely try the VIP area upon my next arrival. Great service, great PC’s, atmosphere feels professional, yet down to earth. Also, props to Pauline - she knows her menu pretty well!

Great space for serious gaming or just casual fun. The environment is clean and professional, and Nikolas was a standout—handled multiple walk-ins with ease while still finding time to assist us with a quick tournament setup. Only minor complaint is that some stations could use better cooling, but overall, solid spot.

First time here and pretty impressed. The hardware is up-to-date, the space is comfortable, and pricing is reasonable. Shakh was managing the floor and made sure everyone had what they needed without any delays. Cool under pressure and very professional. I’d recommend this place for squad meetups.

Absolutely love the vibe at True Gamerz Blue Water. The setups are high-spec and well-maintained, and the staff is what really sets this place apart. Nikita went above and beyond—super sharp, efficient, and knew exactly how to get my settings optimized for competitive play. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a gaming center.
