We celebrated my brother’s 11th birthday here and had such a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was so well organized and taken care of. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. They made sure everyone was having a great time and went out of their way to keep things running smoothly. The whole atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for kids’ birthdays or any group event

If I only could put -1 stars!!! A loyal customer lost forever! Unacceptable customer service at its finest. I was appalled by the inflexible and unhelpful staff, who refused to accommodate a simple request despite being a regular client. The "company policy" excuse fell flat when weighed against the value of customer loyalty and satisfaction. This store's failure to adapt and prioritize customer needs has cost them a lifelong patron. A harsh lesson in prioritizing profits over people.
