The most friendly staff, since i first visited we became friends, they explained every specs of the types of computers in each package very well, the internet speed is really good 800-1000 megabit per second. Almost all the popular games are already downloaded, i play marvel rivals and it was available on all the pcs i have played on. Definitely coming back every day that i want to play while i don’t have my computer with me in dubai. Thank you guys! Also the mac n cheese tastes so goood
I had visited other true gamers locations and saw that there was one near my university here, decided to check it out and found it very nice and welcoming - since then I've been coming here with my friends and still continue to find this place incredible! The staff, especially Kadyr and Boutheina, were incredibly helpful from sign up initially and contribute greatly in the overall positive experience!
I had an issue with Riot Games, where I experienced launching problems on more than 10 PCs because they hadn’t uploaded the update to the server. Additionally, (((the air conditioning here is very weak!))) ***Please repair the air conditioning*** I want to thank Cynthia for her help in finding a solution and ensuring my satisfaction as a customer. She truly is the best!
