My husband gifted me a sewing machine that he bought from Trust Point Office Equipment Trading through Sharaf's online store. When I received it, I felt that the sewing machine was way too advanced and complicated for an absolute beginner like me. I tried to have it exchanged, but Sharaf won't allow me since the machine was from a thrid party seller. So I thought of contacting Trust Point directly. Good thing I did because after explaining the situation to Anam (Trust Point's representative), I was told that they will take the machine back and give me a refund. Anam then, upon my request, helped me find the right sewing machine that will fit my needs. Anam patiently answered my queries about the different sewing machine options that are available in the UAE. Because of Anam, I was able to find the machine that is perfect for a beginner like me. Anam helped me with the whole refund process--and was even kind enough to coordinate with Sharaf directly since I have been continually denied of a return/refund by them. I decided to purchase my new machine with Trust Point the moment my refund was finally approved and processed, and received it after just 1 day of ordering it! I am so happy that I was able to have my original sewing machine exchanged to this one! A million thanks to Anam's kindness, patience, and understanding--I won't be able to find and own a Brother FS60X sewing machine if not for the help and kind assistance of this employee. Anam, you are truly 10 stars for me!!! Thank you! 🥰

Without a doubt the worst company I’ve experienced yet. Their show up is great but the technical & sales side is a total shambles. Nobody knows anything. Sales are some smooth talkers though; and promise the world. however Trust Point is unable to provide any acceptable level of service once the purchase is made.

Worse company. Even the head of the department didn't know the right process. We already place an order the fact that they said that this is cash on delivery we send them the PO knowing that they can supply the item because the day before placing the order how many times I confirm it to Ruelyn and after a week she will just telling me that they can't supply the item without any apology in their side? Even the CEO when I talked to her she didn't just be in low tone and didn't give any accurate action. This really a worse company. No doubt I read different bad comments with this. Don't trust this supplier ever.

Horrific company. Don’t be fooled by the sales person. Part of their deceit, is to promise to provide you expert technical support. On the other hand, they have zero regard for customer service. Find a reputable company to do business with.
