Tulip school supplies management is cheating with their customers. We bought and paid for new books,but they provided us old and torn books. I always have habit to check whenever i am buying anything,but the staff over there didn't allowed me to check the books. Tulip lady staff said, you cannot open book bundles,hence I took the books.while i came home and wanted to write my kids name on each book,we noticed this. It looks Tulip school supplies Bur Dubai branch is selling old books and charging for new books. I will for sure go to consumer,because i cannot visit their shop just for thier cheating. They must deliver and replace this books for me.
Worst service not replying properly waste of time please don't go only go if you get confirmation but the problem is they are not attending the phone telling they have all the stuff but we go nothing is there

Shop is too good and different varities of stationery available here..
