Buyer be aware!!!! Worst experience, worst service and worst customer service!! We bought a travel/medical insurance for covid for my mother, and unfortunately she got sick with covid abroad so we had to pay the hospital expenses . Approx 2940 USD. When we raised the claim to get reimbursed, we submitted all required documents , hospital reports and bills, bank details more than 4 times. They dragged our claim for more than 3 months, stalling and every time another employee handles our claim. Until we stated that we will file an official complaint with the UAE central bank, few days later the payment was processed. Be careful where you get your insurance from!!!

Their customer care team has helped me in claims processing when I was traveling to dubai with my mother. Overall I had a decent experience with the team.

I wish I could rate zero, almost no hospital in Dubai accepts their policies. They will tell you to pay first and claim for reimbursement later and then they will take ages to reply and try to waste your time as much as possible to make you fed up. My experience with them was awful, highly recommend not to waste your time and money with them

I would like to give them 5 star recently had a claim which they covered in full even though it took some time as it was reimbursement but eventually all was paid Thanks to all insurance team for cooperation Good job 👏
