I recently visited TUPS Skin Lounge Dubai and had a mixed experience. The lounge itself is beautifully designed, offering a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. However, my experience with one of the employees, Yolo, was not as expected. While the service was professional, I felt that the level of customer care could have been improved. Personal attention and communication are key in a skincare lounge, and unfortunately, this aspect fell a bit short during my visit.
