The staff here are highly unprofessional, causing us significant delays and wasting our time. Once they received the visa application fee, they switched staff members, leaving us with someone who had no knowledge of any countries or its processes. We lost several days in the process, which also resulted in financial losses. We were supposed to receive a refund due to their mistake, which they initially assured us they would handle. However, they later ignored it, proving to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against wasting your time or money with this team.
