Extremely traumatic and dangerous experience – avoid at all costs. Our experience with UAE Enterprises has been traumatic and unacceptable. We have been tenants in one of the villas managed by UAE enterprises. In early 2024, our ceiling collapsed during the night, right next to our sleeping toddler. I was 7 months pregnant at the time. The physical and emotional toll on our family was severe. (we had to seek psychological help for our traumatised 3 year old daughter) We later discovered asbestos in the ceiling, confirmed by an independent lab. Shockingly, management initially suggested we remain in the home while asbestos was being removed – despite the presence of a young child and a pregnant mother. We refused. They only compensated us for rent during the period we were forced to vacate, nothing more. Asbestos has been banned in the UAE since 2006, and should have been removed from all buildings long ago. Leaving a family in an asbestos-contaminated home, knowingly, is grossly negligent; both morally and legally. Beyond the health risks, we were treated without empathy or basic human consideration. We felt disregarded, dismissed, and frankly, treated like a burden. After enduring all of this and once the house was finally renovated, we received an eviction notice giving us under a year to leave, not even aligning with the school calendar; showing once again a complete disregard for families. Despite repeated requests, we have received, no fair compensation, and no accountability. We are now forced to share our story publicly so that others are aware of the risks of dealing with this company. We have retained all evidence: photos, emails, medical reports, and the asbestos lab result.

UAE Enterprises provide best service. They provide many types of material. This building located near to airport.

Washrooms are very dirty, not maintained! No parking space! I was recently appointed by a company and there was no space for parking my car also my car got damaged because of the management. I pay every hour to RTA that’s ridiculous. The management is not cooperative at all. Moreover the condition of a building looks like as if it’s 200 years old

Security seems not to be happy with his current job! Because doesn't have respect to talk to any customers. In business enterprises all are meant to be happy and always need to have a pleasant smile.
