Feedback on Uber Service at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 Date: May 19, 2025 Time: 2:14 AM Flight: EK0122 The Uber experience at Terminal 3 – Dubai International Airport was nothing short of a disaster. Staff on-site were completely untrained, disorganized, and unprofessional. There was no clear system, no signage, and no guidance. People were left standing in confusion, unsure where to queue, and many waited over 30 minutes for a ride. Meanwhile, Uber staff were laughing, talking amongst themselves, holding hands, and strolling around—with zero sense of urgency or responsibility. The designated Uber parking bays were completely empty, with no drivers in sight and no support available. This level of chaos and negligence is unacceptable—especially at one of the busiest airports in the world. Thank goodness Careem was right next door. It took less than 2 minutes to book and get picked up. Fast, smooth, and professional—everything Uber failed to provide tonight. Uber needs to urgently fix this mess at DXB Terminal 3. Travelers deserve far better.

Watch out. Your ride will get cancelled for no reason, they'll then charge you the "cancellation fee" then offer to take you on a ride at +$$ (unmetered and more than the cost of a taxi). Metered taxis are a safer option (they all accept cards) even tho the concept of ride share in theory seems better it's exploited now sadly. Uber in Dubai is dodgy

Got to Uber area at Dubai airport after a long flight from Europe. No phone service for Uber app. Driver at area booked one for me. Cost 64 AED to go 10 minutes to hotel. Checked with hotel staff and told me Uber charges waiting fee. They organised a taxi from hotel back to airport next day. Cost me 20 AED. So note use taxis in Dubai not Ubers as a rip off.

I visited daily basis because I am limousine driver. Basically this is designated staging area for Airport pickup service
