Driver did not show up! CCTV cameras can confirm. Did not answer the consecutive messages neither phone calls! When we are taken to a flight! On top uber kept sending drivers 2 and kept debiting the account, total 350 AED approx! So… Uber only at cash payment! And no help line phone number is working - closed on Friday and Saturday! Absolutely poor and unacceptable servide! Take regular Taxi - cheaper, reliable and professional!

Customer service was a horrible experience. In my case I was charged for a ride that I never received. Trying to correct or clarify this was like talking to a brick wall. Just get a normal cab

We got into a dangerous situation with your Uber in Dubai and we’ve been trying to reach support, but the app’s bot is absolutely no help at all. This is a serious safety and payment issue and it needs to be escalated to a real person immediately. I’m shocked that there’s no way to speak to someone directly in this kind of situation. Please provide the direct email and phone number for Uber support in Dubai/UAE ASAP.
