I decided to do this review after 6 months of training here! UFC Gym Business Bay is more than a fitness center—it’s a dynamic hub where mixed martial arts meets everyday training. From Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai to high-intensity interval training and youth programs, there’s a class for every fitness level.   The facility boasts a full-size Octagon, a dedicated bag room, turf training areas, and top-tier strength and cardio equipment. Members have unlimited access to all amenities, including locker and changing facilities. The coaching staff, comprising certified professionals, offers personalized training plans to help you achieve your fitness goals. Of course, without any introduction, many of us are fans of combat sports—and UFC is truly a symbol of that passion. As someone who admires the sport, I took the step of joining a fighting club not only to stay healthy but also to build a toned, athletic body. To be honest, my body is already in good shape, but I’ve lacked stamina and fitness for a while, as I’ve been away from sports for a long time. Taking that step and enrolling in the gym was actually a brave and beautiful initiative, especially considering I was struggling with deep depression after a painful breakup. I committed by signing up for a 6-month membership and found joy in watching the training sessions, especially those led by Alex—I was genuinely looking forward to joining his classes once I built up my consistency. We had even agreed on my first session starting the next day. I also really appreciated Sandy’s presence—she was always kind and supportive, and she made me feel encouraged to keep coming. Unfortunately, everything shifted the day I walked past one of the staff members—a Nigerian man who claimed to be the manager (I can’t recall his name). I clearly heard him say, “I hate this girl, she comes here with no purpose, just like that.” Even though I heard those words, I stayed calm and said nothing. But the pain was real. I felt disrespected and unseen—he had no idea what I going through or the reason behind my presence there. So I simply chose to leave the gym and never return. If I may say one thing to him, it would be: “Before you judge someone’s purpose, I recommend seeing a therapist.”(this is his pic from the IG of UFC) very unprofessional behavior.

Best gym in town, member for a month now and no other gym can compete in terms of their MMA classes, highly skilled coaches PLUS! the facilities are top notch. Loads of brand new equipments , recently upgraded washroom and very spacious gym area. Highly recommend!

Amazing gym with amazing coaches, have tried every single class they provide, and every single one is just as good as the others. If you want to learn to fight or build your body, you can get both in 1. Definitely recommend to everyone

Extremely disappointing experience. The gym is overcrowded and not clean. It’s quite hot inside, so everyone is sweaty and the smell is unbearable. To make things worse, there's no free parking for ClassPass users—you’ll need to pay AED 10 per hour. Definitely not worth it. Avoid at all costs.
