I've trained with Usman for over a year, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. He has a phenomenal work ethic, and tailors his training program for every individual, cognizant of the age group and /or physique, after a holistic physical assessment. Furthermore, his personal investment in the training program is what actually encouraged and motivated me to look forward to those hectic training sessions, and this is what sets him apart and above his peer group. With his help, I was actually able to see and feel the physical difference. The fact that he's an awesome person, makes him all-in-all a wonderful trainer! I would most certainly recommend him!

Usman is a fantastic personal trainer who helped me develop an individual personal training plan and dieting strategy. He taught me the core concepts of fitness and nutrition. After 10 months of training, I lost over 30 pounds and 7% body fat (trimming 4 inches off my waistline! The customer service with UFIT has also been wonderful!
