Terrible Experience This company is extremely rude and uses dishonest tactics to pressure customers. They falsely claimed that my Etisalat bill would increase if I didn’t renew my contract through them. However, when I contacted Etisalat directly, I found out this was completely untrue. It’s clear they use these lies just to make a sale. When I informed their representative that my contract was already renewed directly with Etisalat, she rudely hung up on me without saying a word. I do not recommend dealing with them. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of honesty are unacceptable.

False promise they'll do and give you the router. Before they used to call and text so many times. After that nobody will answer your call and message. Don't take any device from them. Better to deal with the service provider straightly. Don't respond to this below what's app number specially.

This company calls them no. 1 partner of Etisalat but in reality they are scammers , their representatives will take info from different places that someone is shifting flat or Villa they will send WhatsApp from some no. Which will start with 04 then they will offer you 200 aed if you take connection from them they will call you and follow up daily and once you take the connection and ask for your 200 aed they will first say that you will get once you make your first payment , then they will start making excuses, and after sometime they will stop taking your calls . They have haired some ladies to do these scams

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! A couple months ago I moved to UAE from Canada and got myself a place in Sharjah. A point to be noted is that I had just setup my SEWA. Moving forward, as I got myself situated in my new apartment, I had asked one of the watchmen who we can call Dave to maintain his privacy, if they had any connections to get a good deal on internet. He said he did and that he would refer someone to me. The next day I got a call from someone who said is from Eitisalat and I was confused who gave him my number. Out of confusion and and trying to connect the dots I asked, “Did Dave give you my number?” The guy whos name is Zeeshan said yeah it was Dave. So me having no reason to doubt the guy, spoke to him. He tried to convince me that going with him is the best option. So on and so forth. He than continued to harass me with several calls within the next few days. A lot of the things he said made no sense but assuming its a new country I figured this guy is the professional so lets just trust him. I addressed some of the points that were most important to me such as: 1) Can I get out of the contract. He replied yes. 2) are their fees for cancellation. He replied no. 3) will the router cover my entire apartment? He said yes for sure. I reiterated that full coverage in my apartment is very important to me. Will there be any issues? He said no dont worry etc. etc. Long story short he said whatever I needed ti hear and got me to go ahead with him. After the deal was done I told zishan, that I know you guys give kickbacks to people who refer you, please make sure Dave the watchmen gets paid. He said dw. I see him all the time. Ill take care of him. I go downstairs and I meet Dave the watchman. He has no Idea who Zishan is… at that point I called Zishan out. He made some lame excuses saying that dave doesnt remember him etc and dw I will pay him. Its been 2-3 months now and Zishan did not give the guy a referral fee. Going back to my i...
