In ~14 weeks of training with Connor, I managed to drop to below 12% body fat while building significant muscle. He uses a science based no nonsense approach, focusing on nutrition and pushing hard while training. He is always present to correct form, improve technique, and push beyond where I think i can go! The program always provides accountability making sure you stay on your nutrition, and taking photo and measurement checkins every 2 weeks. Cannot recommend it enough!
