I had such a great time doing my Pilates instructor course with Amba. The three days flew by because the course was so engaging and fun. Amba is super professional and knowledgeable, and she makes everything feel easy to understand and really enjoyable. She created such a positive and supportive environment, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so much more confident in my practice and excited for what’s next. I absolutely love my classes with Amba and I genuinely look forward to them every week. In 3 months, I’ve noticed such a difference in my mobility and balance. I’ve been doing Pilates on and off for some time now in different places and I generally felt like I had to drag myself to those classes and hardly ever committed long term - definitely not the case with Amba and even better when seeing the positive change in such a short time!

Amba ist the best Pilates instructor i‘ve ever had and I tried a lot of different ones around the world but no one does it like her. Even if she trains you in a class she always has a super focused eye on everyone making sure everyone is having a perfect form. Her eye for detail is insane! Her classes are super hard and will train your whole body and get your legs shaking but this is excalty what we want right? Thinking to do a Pilates certificate and if I do I definitely would want her to be the teacher
