All the people working in Underground Sport is really nice and helpful more than expected! I tried to find the best fit shoe for my daddy who is living abroad and Mohamed Samir helped me a lot while searching the right size and model while I was showing the shoes to my daddy via video call!! After purchasing the shoe,I came to store again to change the size and they helped me again without any stress:) best service and communication 🙏

Great by service by mohammed samir very helpful helped me pick the perfect racquet to my play style. Had a problem with paying by the U points he didn’t ignore it but was very helpful by getting customer service and updating the credit card machine.

The only thing I don’t like about the shop is the No Refund Policy that it has. Personnel are nice and helpful (specially Mohammed) but I was surprised to realize that, after buying many pairs, I have one occasion I need to get my money back and they said NO. I am finding another shop for my future purchases
