0 rating , very bad experience !!!!! very disappointed with the service of Unimar , specially the Customer care staff - Anjali . we had booked the pest control for today at 10.30 am (slot given by Unimar) , were it was specified to them to be on time as we need to move to office. everything was confirmed by unimar customer care till yesterday. today morning also we reminded them to be on time. at 10.45 when iam checking with the customer care as they haven't arrived yet, Anjali from customer care is saying the team is in mirdiff and they went to that location by mistake . our location was al nahda 2 dubai and the location map was also shared yesterday. when we asked how come they went to mirdiff when the location map was cleared shared to you and also we kept reminding of the time, she was so arrogant and replied us that "Sir you have only one choice either wait for 1 more hour or else reschedule it for another day" we have been waiting for them at 10.30 am without going to office and she is simply asking to wait for another 1 hour which means inspite of several reminders and rechecking everything was on time they don't keep value for customers time. sorry we had no other choice but to cancel your service / and very importantly to the owner of this company , sir pls give proper training to your customer care staff on how to talk and handle your customers.
