A taxi company where need to learn basic standards of UAE, a poor work quality management and staff, management or supervision team needs to monitor the vehicle and train drivers behavior and driving ethics. Nowadays mornings and evenings I need to take the taxi for work and back to home , alkhan to yarmook yesterday evening the taxi , I boarded was union taxi , when entering the car the perfume was harder feeling discomfort and I felt vomiting symptoms, more than that he was using Whatsapp voice chat entire travel , I have seen cameras in front of drivers in other car taxi companies. I didn't complete the journey , because of the discomfort , I notified this to the driver , and the driver indirectly forcing me get out of the car.... This was the worst experience I expected while traveling in taxi in UAE.. I ensured next time I will not board a union taxi , If I even need to waiting for another hour for a taxi..

I attempted to contact the phone number listed on your website but was unsuccessful! I would like to file a formal complaint regarding taxi driver #143. At approximately 5:20 PM today, the driver abruptly swerved from the right lane into the left lane directly in front of my vehicle, coming dangerously close to hitting us. This reckless driving put my family and me at great risk, and I am requesting that the taxi company take appropriate action with this carless driver to prevent any future incidents. I would appreciate feedback regarding this complaint at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Very worst service they are providing in the Emirates of Sharjah. Usually the taxi card machine doesn’t work or the price in the screen shows wrongly. Moreover the drivers are very illiterate and doesn’t know how to behave with the customer. They don’t speak English too. I have faced multiple issues with the taxi service in Sharjah. I want to highlight the recent issue. On 23rd June early morning at 6 AM I travelled from Al Majaz 3 to Sahara Center in the Union Taxi (Taxi No: 87115). Usually the price during the non peak time will be maximum 15 AED but once we reached Sahara center suddenly the price in the screen changed from 13.50 AED to 32.50 AED. And this driver is so illiterate I told him that there is some issue in your pricing screen machine. He didn’t agreed and fought with me and literally he started pulling my bag for money. Later the other driver who saw this they came and they told him that company will not charge you for the extra amount than he agreed and took 15 AED from me. The card machine, pricing screen machine and drivers all are a big problem in Sharjah Union Taxi. Be extra cautious while traveling in Sharjah Union Taxi.
