Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience The service provided did not match what was promised in the quotation. We were assured that the team would include 2 female workers and 5 male workers, but only 5 male arrived, with no female staff as agreed. Even he promised 1 female to join during the day and didn’t keep the promise! The workers are respectful and polite, and some of them are fast base and professional, and some are lacked the necessary skills—especially for handling kitchen-related tasks no one is expert in rearranging it, and many boxes were left unattended. Due to lack of the supervision, which meant I had to guide the team myself to ensure things were done properly and even did not happened as wanted The supervisor was available for the first few hours only and never show up again in the new location, The work timing in the quotation from 8:am to 7:pm They started 9:am and finished 10:pm !!! I was expecting a more professional and reliable service based on the initial commitment, but sadly, the experience fell short.

The team were on time and fast on packing and unpacking. They were able to cater us despite us having problems with Al ghurair. They were kind to come back on Monday. They are professional and have took care of our funitures. They were very good in assembling the table and bed. I believe they are the best furniture mover.
