First of all, please correct your name—it's showing as "UBL Digital," but this is not a digital service by any means. I don't understand why I am being asked to visit the branch in person just to close my account. I want to close it due to poor service and unethical deductions from my account. When I raised the issue via email, the manager didn’t bother to respond initially. After several follow-ups, I finally received a reply, but instead of addressing the unauthorized deductions, I was casually invited for tea. I strongly advise others to consider a different bank. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I have always had amazing experience banking with ubl. The staffs r very professional, friendly and welcoming. They dont make you wait for hours. Very proactive and professional. I strongly recommend banking with them . My relationship manager Mr. Jassim Haris is just a call away for all my banking requirements. Ubl rockssss!!

If lower than one star I will sure choose that. Most worst bank in UAE. They freeze our bank account without any call or notice. We just come to know when our check return. When we went and ask. The stupid reason. It’s our back office mistake. We will active now.

Some employees take rest some of them are busy on video calls that is don’t even care if any customer is waiting are not and the fact is it’s not busy I m only 1 customer ther😁

When I went to deposit the check, the bank was not busy at all, then when I waited, when the chair there sat down, the security told me to move away and sit down, i don't like.
