Amazing retail experience! I was back in my home country and I had a very specific request so they managed to sort it out and get it from the manufacturer. They then kept it safe at store till I came to Dubai and then they got it delivered to my doorstep. Through it all, Whatsapp customer service was beyond amazing! Very professional,friendly and clearly putting customer first. Loved my experience with UBMS! And Kudos to whoever was behind the whatsapp service!

I was in urgent need of some audio equipment that was out of stock at some of the other stores. This was the only store that had it. Jasmin was really helpful throughout the process. She had a unit reserved for me as I requested it before reaching the store. Moreover she also arranged a crucial adapter for the same equipment that she knew I would need. I purchased a DJI Ronan M from them around 10 years ago when I was starting out, looks like I will be going back to them for all my production needs in the future.

Terrible service and attitude. I sent my camera in for repair via courier on June 12 and waited to receive the diagnostics and repair cost. After 6 days with no updates, I contacted the manager, who told me that someone else (the technician) was now handling my case and gave me his contact. I reached out to that person to ask about the repair progress, but he completely ignored my messages. After 4 more days of being ignored, I followed up again — only then did he reply, saying the camera wasn’t repaired because I hadn’t paid yet. But how was I supposed to pay if no one responded to my messages or even informed me of the repair cost? In the end, they returned my camera unrepaired — and they also lost the camera bag it was sent in. So basically, they held my camera from June 12 to 23 without ever contacting me, while I lost money renting another camera for my work. Now I’ve left Dubai with a broken camera, lost money, no camera bag, and — most importantly — lost time. It’s a good store (I actually bought my FX6 there at a great price), but their repair department gave me the worst camera repair experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in Dubai and need to get your camera repaired quickly — go somewhere else. Save your time and sanity. This is not the place. P.S. Just look at how this gentleman responds — his very first message to someone who introduced himself was simply: “Ok.” 👍
