I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service team regarding the diploma program. A representative called me and immediately started pushing for registration without even giving me a proper explanation of the program. Every time I tried to ask questions, he either ignored them or gave vague answers. Before I could even finish speaking, he abruptly said “thank you, bye” and hung up the phone. This is not how professional customer service should be handled. I expected clear communication, respectful conversation, and proper guidance—not a rushed sales call.

Very prestigious and modern energy-efficient building. About 25 minutes away from the center of Dubai. It teaches sciences etc plus a venue for high school students to conduct EMSAT exams.

They never open ac in this university we tell them Several time they never open ac we r dying from hotness when we complain about opening ac they say no because of the solar power what is this the weather outside is over 50 and students r dying in uni , the ceo offices ac r always open but when u walk in corridor and classes they dont open ac + there r no curtains in classes which make it more hotter and the uni has alot of windows and there is specific time to open ac this is very bad about our uni , all they care about is money as soon as u put money they will do everything
