We recently worked with Urban Connect for carpeting and Vinyl tiling our new office, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Despite finalizing our carpet tile selection just three days before the installation deadline, the team went above and beyond to meet our needs — even sourcing additional tile options from third-party vendors to ensure we had the best choices available. A big shoutout to their designer, Andrea, who was incredibly accommodating with multiple changes in the layout design. She handled everything with patience and precision. Mr. Salman from the sales team was truly exceptional — he paid close attention to every detail and made sure nothing was overlooked throughout the process. They didn’t just handle the carpeting either; they also took care of self-leveling, T-profiles, and trims — all completed with great quality and efficiency. The installation of our 4,000 sq ft office space was impressively completed in just a day and a half. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, fast, and detail-oriented flooring services!
