Urban Housekeeping Cleaning Services

this was the worst experience . i booked deep cleaning and it has nothing to do with deep cleaning don't waste your money on this company literally there were some places still dusty and it was not touched by the professional the way the company handled the complain was completely unprofessional

Honestly one of the worst and weirdest companies I have dealt with in Dubai, their customer service is no where to be seen, I have made bookings with them twice and the maid just didn't show up, tried to call the customer service numbers no one answered and surprisingly I have even confirmed with them the day beforer. The 2 stars i have given its for the lady who came to my house (the only one time they showed up) she was really good

I have never seen such a bad company still operating and running it’s not the cleaners fault it’s the management, when they cancel the service on the day an hour after the cleaner had to arrive and all they have to say is sorry can you pls reschedule. Like they are paying me for the cleaning very disappointing hope no one ever books from them again.

I have been using Urban Housekeeping cleaning service for a while and I am happy with their cleaning staff and would give 4 stars for that however I am only giving 3 stars for their booking team who is so slow in responding. You send them one message and need to wait for hours, days for them to reply after you have sent them a follow-up message. They never answer calls. this is the only negative comment I have about the company other than that, their cleaning staff are 5 stars

Urban housekeeping are very slow in communication and not responsive to phone calls at all. Eventhough the services they provide are very good and some of the ladies are good ladies. However, they tend to change schedules and replace the ladies without prior notice to the client, and that is something unacceptable.
