Beautiful place to watch Burj khalifa, water fountain, dubai mall and souk Al Bahar. Nice place to spend with family- calm and quiet place. Wheel chair/ children trolly access👍
Its nice spot but better on sunset time 🥹⏳ And may be cause summer they do maintenance , we can't go inside dandelion light burj khalifa, water fountain no water , some road close aswell , yeah when summer its best to that for better dubai 🤩

Amazing place to look at the fountains as well as Burj Khalifa without being in a huge crowd. Very cozy atmosphere in the evening, and artificial grass is very soft to sit on it with comfort.
Beautiful place to watch Burj khalifa, water fountain, dubai mall and souk Al Bahar. Nice place to spend Great time with family& Friends calm and quiet place.Initialy here used to be a regular grey looking concrete building. The building was transferred in to green park combining 2 type of Green roof designs (with Passpalum grass & Sesuvyum) on top of the roof and plantation of different ornamental plants on the stairs to the roof. Urbanscape Green💚 Roof is Amazing place to look at the fountains as well as Burj Khalifa without being in a huge crowd. Very cozy atmosphere in the evening, and artificial grass is very soft to sit on it with comfort.
