We have been loyal customers of V2 Media & Advertising since 2019, consistently impressed with their professional service even for small orders. Unfortunately, since the recent management change, our experience has drastically deteriorated. In July 2024, we placed an order for customized envelopes. Despite our repeated inquiries about the delivery date, we were repeatedly given false assurances that our order would arrive the next day. This continued until the envelopes were finally delivered on August 5, 2024—well beyond the expected timeframe. We hoped that this would be an isolated issue, but our recent experience with ordering business cards has been equally frustrating. After approving a Pantone color sample and making a 50% advance payment as per their policy, the final product was delivered with entirely incorrect colors—black instead of the specified Pantone shades. Despite numerous follow-ups, we have received no resolution and have been continuously promised new delivery dates that come and go without fulfillment and now they are not answering our calls. We are profoundly disappointed with the decline in service quality and the lack of professionalism. We sincerely hope V2 Media & Advertising addresses these issues to restore the high standards of customer care we once valued.

I don’t recommend them at all , they wasted my time , didn’t start the production until the agreed delivery date , the sales doesn’t reply after they got paid. They change their own words many times , The manager never replied. The refund has been done after 2days of calling them and following up.unprofessional

The staff of V2 Media & Advertising left our staff and other workers with live wires dangling from sockets as they had ignored our pleas to complete a signage had been fully paid in advance for. Called them multiple times and promised a call back but never happened. Highly unprofessional and utterly appalling level of service. We ended up calling another contractor to complete the job which costs us an extra 300dh. Disgraceful!

I have ordered a sign board from Mylin, and it was done perfectly. Mylin and her whole team was extremely cooperative to all my needs and was patient with all of my requests. The quality of the board came out perfectly and the installation team did it quickly without any problems. I will be surely working with V2 Media in the future for all my printing and marketing needs, and I would refer them to anyone.

Always prompt on time or before when it comes to completion of production which is very important and quality always step ahead ( best ) and Mr Murtaza from sales team is very cooperative
