Great apartment. Clean with modern appliances, and ample storage. A quiet and nice retreat whilst being close to downtown and other activities. Geoffrey was great; he was responsive, informative and a prompt communicator, who also gave insights about the nearby areas. The lagoon view and tranquility is comforting and a space away from the hustle and bustle. Very spacious and a place I would revisit again. Due to the lagoon, there are a few mosquitoes but you can easily mitigate that with the typical measures to repel them. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was super clean, everything was perfectly tidy and smelled fresh. The location is amazing — close to shops, cafes, attractions, and public transport. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware and towels to appliances and all the little details that make life easier. Rhyiad was very attentive, always quick to reply to any questions and super helpful. We truly felt at home. Thank you so much, Rhyiad! You’re honestly an awesome host.

The apartment was wonderful and the pictures didn’t do it justice, that includes the ‘welcome, hosting & support’. Our host RHYIAD’S pleasant manner and professional attitude set us up for a great stay in the apartment. 👏🏾

We stayed at an apartment in Five Palm, and honestly, it was even better than described. In person, it was much, much better than the pictures super comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host, Saleem. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and went above and beyond for us. After reading other reviews, it’s clear he does this for every guest. Saleem thanks for having us. I highly recommend booking with him. Thank you so much, Saleem we’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the best holiday apartment ive ever had a stay at in Dubai. The location was excellent with all the necessary things and attractiona close by. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Check in and check out was as easy as it gets. Salim was exceptional in his service and was available at all times. This cosy apartment is highly recommended !!
