I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience regarding my order for a FRAL 150 dehumidifier, with a total value of AED 13,210. We made a 50% advance payment without any security cheque, and the promised delivery time was 8 weeks. The payment was made on April 26th, and we were assured multiple times via email and calls that the materials would arrive on time. However, when the delivery date came on June 26th, we received no proper response. They stopped answering calls and only responded to one email, stating that the supplier had not released the materials. It has now been over 13 weeks, and I feel completely trapped. What’s worse, when I contacted them using a different personal email, they responded and asked again for an advance payment this clearly shows dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. I strongly advise others to be cautious. This company has shown no professionalism or accountability and appears to operate with the intention to mislead customers.

This company is a fraud. They took 100% payment up front and never got back to me a for delivery. When I chase them, they claim that the unit is on the way. When I contacted their principal directly, I found out that they had not paid the manufacturer despite receiving my payment. They have been lying and cheating to me all the time. I shall be reporting the company and their manager to the Dubai police.

Vacker team has weak or no response to queries. Currently experiencing a very poor service due to lack of response and after sales service. Looks like they have grown fat with their current revenue thereby dropping the service ball to clients. They just don't care for clients. Not able to get in touch with Sales, Purchase or Enquiry team. Even the CHAT BOT is for show as it does not reply beyond " Hi! How may I help you?" 1. The Landlines go quiet after the accented welcome message. 2. No Mobile or cell phone no.s provided to call or give feedback. 3. Email are equal to ne response. 4. CHATBOT does not respond. I guess this company is a BIG JOKE!!!!! Even giving 1 star is too much......

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided to existing clients. Despite repeated attempts to contact the support team for a license renewal and assistance with technical issues, there has been no response. Timely support is a basic expectation, especially for loyal customers. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and responsiveness has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I urge the company to prioritize better support for its existing clients and address these inefficiencies promptly. Reliable service is key to maintaining trust and long-term relationships with customers

I have been working in the construction field for more than 13 years, and I have not dealt with such a company before. We placed the order for 4 dehumidifier machines in February, and the agreed delivery date was the end of March, but we received the machines in August!!! Moreover, after fixing the machines in our swimming pool, they did not give the result that we expected, and according to their engineer, there is an issue with the machines because the logger reading is very high. And I have to mention one more point: their follow-up is zero, and they do not answer the phone except if you call them to collect their payment. Do not deal with this company because you will suffer as we have until now!!!
