One of the worst experiences! I rented a snake from them for a photoshoot and kept asking for its size after they sent me pictures. They assured me it wasn’t small (I have the WhatsApp chat). But on the day of the shoot, I received a tiny snake that looked like a worm! When I called them, they said, “Take it or leave it,” leaving me with no choice and risking a shoot I spent thousands on. I had already paid the full rental fee and a security deposit equal to the snake’s full price days before the shoot. Very unprofessional! They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.
One stop shop!!! They have everything that you need for your furbabies!! Customer service is superb. Thanks to Melwyn (one of their staff!) Very friendly and helpful! Keep it up!!! 😃🙂🙃
I had a great experience with PetCorner. The customer service was quick and efficient, which is especially important to me because I do a lot of other work on the go. I was struggling to place an order on the web portal but for some reason, it got rejected. Then I got assistance on Whatsapp, her name is Lovely. Yes, "Lovely" that's her name:), very understanding and made sure I was satisfied with my order. I could not ask for a better team that has my best interest in mind!. I would definitely recommend them to all my family & friends!
