The company and the product may be good, but the problem is that this company just provides installation and no maintenance especially after the warranty is over. Why? Let me explain. This is the "smart" outsourcing. I complained after the 4 years that the CCTV doesn't work as it is not connected to Internet. And here the money ripping starts. They sent someone who is not even their company employee but outsourced one who took money for the visit. Then I called them again as the setup box was producing terrible chirping noice. The same person came again. Noice disappeared but now now recording. It's really ridiculous. So to fix it I need to pay again. Either they do it specifically to get "monthly pay" or staff don't understand which plug to put in which socket.
Really good products and service from their team. vantage is a good brand with high quality products
