DISGRACEFUL and DANGEROUS Management if i can give zero star i would have given I have never in my life dealt with a more irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional management team than VCM. A huge piece of marble fell from the building onto my balcony — it destroyed my belongings and could have killed someone. If I or a member of my family had been standing there, we could be dead. This is not a minor issue — it’s a life-threatening safety hazard. What’s worse? No one is responding. No urgency. No accountability. No follow-up. NOTHING. I’ve sent multiple messages and emails, and all I’ve gotten is silence. As if our lives don’t matter. The balcony is still damaged. The area is still unsafe. And I’m living in constant fear that another piece might fall. We can’t even use our own space. SHAME on this management team. Shame for ignoring serious risks to residents. Shame for refusing to even respond. This is beyond unprofessional – it’s reckless and dangerous. If you’re considering moving into a property managed by VCM, don’t. They do not care about your safety, your wellbeing, or even common human decency.

The worker security of Fawad building!!!! All of them are useless, sit and do nothing, only when I called the police they started to call come head office. Huge sublease is in this building, parking issues, leakage, electrical problems. The worst management I’ve ever seen. They need to change all the stuff ASAP!!!!

They do not follow up on complaints and make tenants resolve issues out of their own pockets when they have stated that the first year of residence in a new building will be free . Their solutions take forever to implement and tenants have to constantly check up to make sure work in is followed up on. They have no sense of professionalism

The worst building management there is. Not responding to anyone, have been ignoring my emails, Shaista Azizi building has constant noise on the roof, I live on the 11th floor, it is the A/C unit that causes the noise of 59 decibels 24/7. They don’t want to do anything about it. Not even reply to my email!!!

IF A COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ILL BE GIVING A NEGATIVE RATING. QUARTERLY CHARGE FOR THE MANAGEMENT FEE FOR MAINTENANCE BUT ONCE I HAVE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LEAK IN THE POWDER ROOM THAT IS COMING FROM THE HIGHER FLOOR THEY ARE EVEN CHARGING. WHAT WORST IS THAT ONCE I QUESTION THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT IS IT NOT MY FAULT THEY NEVER REPLIED ANYMORE AND JUST IGNORE THE COMPAIN.
