Very poor service.. we are not suggesting veolia to anyone. Nobody is coming to collect wastage on time & date. Now we are looking to cancel the contract through legal way’s

The operation Team is very good and co-operative, The Waste Collection also Very Good. But the office team was irresponsible and had no coordination. Why do I say, I requested an invoice updating against our company. Too many times I contacted their customer care and I sent mail to sales, accounts & customer care also. But it's up to now not clear (Around Six month finished) currently we are facing the same problem from them. I think their office staff are sleeping very well. and they don't want the growth of the company. Any way I request to top management please evaluate and check your office staffs and customers satisfaction of customers against office staffs.

Terrible service they even dont pick phone calls.

I continuously face the worse with the management and customer services is very poor. I repeatedly email them for follow up, and receive no answer. When speaking to the management they will always be saying to call back. No professionalism, no common courtesy in the team to response to repeated email. After the payment is completed there will be no service at all. We paid for weekly collection and they are came once in a month to collect waste. Now they have no answer why they did not provide the service. I am still waiting for answers but again zero professionalism. I will be opening a complaint with economy department for the services since the issue is not getting resolved.

Terrible service. We tried calling to get a contact number for their recycling program and the customer service was rude and when we tried to ask to speak to their manager they refused. Unreliable and unprofessional.
