After 2 years of traveling to Ajman for my furbaby’s checkups while living in Sharjah, I finally found a local clinic that exceeded my expectations. On my first visit, I met Dr. Magely who was absolutely lovely during our quarterly visit. Her care and expertise were impressive, and I’m confident I’ll be sticking to this clinic for all future vet visits. I took advantage of their promo pricing and really hope they keep these reasonable rates. The value for the quality of care is excellent. I also tried their grooming services on my next visit and they were superb. The grooming quality was top-notch and the price is very reasonable. Special thanks to Kuya Rolando, Rashel, and Rose for their excellent service and warm welcome to both me and V. The staff really made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. Highly recommended for both veterinary care and grooming services!

A place where the staff is so nice and caring! They took such good care of our kitten, sending us daily updates and keeping us informed about how she was doing. I’ve had a very negative experience with this vet. I’ve unfortunately lost two pets under their care, and one particular incident left me deeply disappointed. I brought my pet in because he had broken a nail and was bleeding a situation that should have been treated as an emergency. The procedure was simple and could have been quickly handled with some basic care, like cleaning the wound and applying medication. However, instead of helping, the doctor told the receptionist that she didn’t want to see the pet and refused to provide care. I was left waiting outside, completely unaware. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in urgent situations. Let me remind you that I lost my previous pet at your clinic around a year ago, and just a few months back, I brought in my new pet with a broken nail. That visit did happen, and I have evidence to prove it if necessary. I would also like to thank your receptionist, who was kind enough to direct me to the vet in the back — Vet Pulse — when the situation became urgent. They stepped in and treated the issue as an emergency. Again, relying solely on a name search is not a reliable method to verify visits. Mistakes happen in records, and it’s not acceptable to dismiss or question my experience without making a proper effort to investigate.
