The best veterinarian you can trust with your pet. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, they managed to fit us in quickly, even on a very short notice. Dr. Sasha was absolutely amazing. He was considerate, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain my cat’s condition and how to manage it moving forward. Thank you so much again, I’m beyond grateful.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to VET CLINIC who attended to my furkid (cat) TWINKLE's dental problem, that caused her to hide a lot, maybe avoiding to be touched or bothered and she was unable to eat and drink and was always just sleeping maybe due to pain and the infection. And so she had not eaten nor had taken water since Saturday morning, she tried but was complaining of pain so she just walked away every time she tried eating. And it made me so worried, because she might get dehydrated and it may cause her other health issues. I asked for referrals from friends to find a safe, caring CLINIC, and they gave me a few, and 1 friend told me she brought her cat (who fell down from the balcony and had fractures but luckily survived) to a clinic who treated her cat with care, because they love animals there. But it was far - it is in Sharjah, and i dont want to travel far as my furkid's face and situation looked like "emergency" already to me. And she was more than stressed enough to travel 48 mins to an hour to get checked. So was i, seeing my furball like that - my anxiety level was going up as well. I am not sure where i found VET CLINIC but i am happy that our feet and paws took us here - The ease of getting an appointment. Their staff are friendly and well coordinated , they helped us from the time we stepped in to the clinic until we finished our appointment. Dr. Ahmed performed, proper examination before performing the tooth extraction, and it was done quickly (no sedation required, my cat handled it quite fairly as the upper tooth already decayed and eroded). Well done Dr Ahmed and vet assistant Anu for giving my furkid the proper medical attention and the petcare required, which is absolutely the definition of a VET CLINIC. I am grateful to everyone - Dr Ahmed, Anu, Diony, & Poornima - you all make a difference, as you make life a lot easier for pet Moms like me. From me and Twinkle - THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is the worsttt worsttt clinic to take your pet too. I lost my cheesy today! due to their careless treatment!! and the mostt shocking part here is that my mother kept calling the clinic to send a video of cheesy as the nurse on the phone said that he is recovering!!!! And literallyy an hour later they sent a message and said ur cat died..... !!!! And we did not even receive a call from their end Just a message. The reason of his death is due to overdosage and mistreatment! A video of him was sent to us and ashu the nurse on the phone said he is sooo much better now and is recovering and suddenly after they dripped him he died?? For everyone to know I had taken my cat cheesy for a checkup last week for the first time because he was not eating properly and that doctor there at that time gave him antiobiotics for the pain to go away. After a few days his condition became worse so i revisited the clinic and met doctor sasha he advised a few blood tests and once the result came he said that cheesy is FIV positive and usually this illness is not something which can be diagnosed in 24 hours it must be there from before! However the first thing i told him was that i i had visited last week and one of your doctors checked him just a week back and I was told that he only has gum infection and the doctor that time advised to remove all his teeth like what on earth!!! On which i told him NO what are u saying?? Remove all teeth? Please give him medicine for pain relief which then he did but why wasnt i adviced for a blood test earlier if this was the case?? the doctors literally dont know anything!! I really really regret taking him here and not elsewhere. Why wasnt i adviced for a blood test at that time? I would have done the needful even that time. And now I was told that he has FIV and there is no cure admit him for 5 days!! Which we did because nothing mattered more then cheesy so we admitted him immediately. Highly recommend this vet, i hav utilized their services in both in Townsquare and Barsha. The staff are great, and they show genuine compassion to animals. I kept my cat at their boarding facility in Barsha - and was very happy that she didn't have to be inside the cage all day like other facilities. The boarding facility is kept cleaned and the cats take their turns to play outside and the staff are spending time with them. I really appreciate Diony for his assistance - he's really gone above and beyond to help as much as he can. I'm happy to receive the consistent updates on the welfare of my pet while under their care. Thank you very much ❤️
