I applied for a Turkish tourist visa through VFS in Dubai, and the experience was honestly frustrating. After waiting 21 days with zero meaningful updates, my application was rejected with no clear explanation and no refund! For a paid service provider, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unhelpful support are unacceptable. VFS is supposed to make the process smoother—not more stressful. I don’t mind a rejection, but I do expect respectful service, clarity, and accountability. This was a disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope VFS takes serious steps to improve how they handle applicants.

had a confirmed appointment at 1:20 PM on 2 June 2025 and arrived at 1:05 PM — exactly 15 minutes early as instructed. However, I was only issued my queue token (1044) at 1:36 PM. By 2:43 PM, token 1032 was still being processed. That means I had been waiting for over 1 hour and 10 minutes, and my turn was still not close. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when appointments are supposed to be scheduled based on available capacity. If the center is aware of the high volume, then appointments should be spaced accordingly. Instead, applicants are left waiting for long periods despite arriving on time. A one-star review has been submitted, and I will not update it unless these operational issues are taken seriously and improvements are made. This is very bad

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:20 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was marked by significant delays. I arrived 20 minutes early, hoping to be prompt, but it took more than 40 minutes just to obtain a token. Following that, I endured another two-hour wait to even get a my queue number. All in all, I spent over four hours waiting, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
