The new improved look of VFS is better than ever! 🇯🇵VFS Japan: The Premium Lounge experience was absolutely worth it. Ms. Chalani and Ms. Anjali were highly professional and responded quickly to all our questions and needs. 🇬🇧VFS UK: My experience was quite the opposite. I was there from 1 PM to 4 PM, exhausted just from waiting. Despite repeated offers for paid services to expedite the process, it didn't feel efficient at all. l even read online that premium clients still have to queue, which turned out to be true. Although I did receive my UK visa, I continued to get emails claiming I hadn't booked an appointment. There's definitely room for improvement in both communication and efficiency.
Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at VFS Global while applying for a South Africa visa for my child’s nanny. During the application process, the staff member who assisted us was very helpful and professional. I specifically asked her if it would be possible for my driver to collect the passport once it was ready, and she clearly confirmed that it would be acceptable as long as I provided an authorization letter along with the original Emirates IDs – mine and the nanny’s. I followed the instructions exactly as advised. However, when my driver went to collect the passport from Hall B4, the responsible staff member there was uncooperative and unprofessional. Despite providing all the required documents, she refused to hand over the passport. Worse, she completely refused to speak to me on the phone so I could explain the situation directly. This contradiction in information, combined with the rude behavior and lack of basic courtesy, is absolutely unacceptable – especially from an organization of this size and importance. It shows a serious lack of internal communication and training, and reflects poorly on the service standards. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that proper action is taken to avoid such incidents in the future. Customers deserve better – at the very least, clear communication and respectful treatment.
Service was great especially at the prime lounge. I didn't spend more than 30 minutes. The assistant lady was very fast and very professional. All in all it was great.
I had a very good experience with the staff at VFS Global. They were very professional, polite, and helpful throughout the visa process. Everything was well-organized, and the staff made sure that all my documents were checked properly and guided me clearly whenever I had any questions. The service was fast, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you VFS Global for the great service! Highly recommended!
Very slow and there only 2 counters working! Not acceptable and should be handled well.
