They lacked communication, charged me non-refundable VAT due to not reviewing the documents, and imposed extra storage fees because their bank couldn’t process instant transfers, leaving my items stuck for three days without a response. Eventually, the finance manager, “Mahmoud or Mohammed,” informed me that he’ll deduct the fees from the employee “Gatha’s” account if I didn’t pay.
