In the span of two months, I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s quickly become a favorite-especially for families.The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the valet team-always helpful and polite. Anoop, in particular, stood out. No matter how many times we asked for help with our luggage, even when it was a bit of a hassle, he always assisted us with a smile. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for their friendly approach and the excellent job they do. The rooms are always spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. At reception, while all the staff were great, Miss Julie truly made a lasting impression. She was incredibly kind, especially toward babies, and always responded to our questions with sincerity and warmth. Her guidance throughout our stay was wonderful. The breakfast team was beautiful and just as friendly, and the food tasted great-a lovely start to each morning. Thank you for the great time, Vida. You have the best pool, by the way! Highly recommended and will surely comeback. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Vida Creek Beach Hotel with our two young children (aged 1 and 3). A special thank you to Charles from Kenya, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. He really made us feel welcome and went out of his way to assist us. The kids loved the beach and swimming area. It was clean, safe, and perfect for little ones. The hotel is beautiful, family-friendly, and in a great location if you want to stay within the area. Highly recommend!
