Vida Residence Downtown by Emaar

I had high expectations for Vida Hotel Apartments in Dubai, but unfortunately, my experience at the front desk left a lot to be desired. The two men at the reception were shockingly rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. There was no warmth, no welcome — just cold, dismissive behavior that made me feel like a burden rather than a guest. For a hotel that positions itself as upscale, the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper hospitality training. A beautiful property can only go so far without respectful and competent staff.

It’s a nice hotel but sadly the staff at reception are useless and do not help you if your disabled. 1st place in Dubai that refused to help a disabled person. Very disappointed

I recently visited Securities One for a delivery and encountered a disappointing level of service from two staff members. Despite being unable to provide my Emirates ID card, the interaction with the staff, particularly a male and a female employee, was less than satisfactory. When I requested to accompany my staff member to assist with the delivery, the male staff member outright refused, citing it as not allowed. Additionally, when I asked to speak to a senior manager to address the situation, the response was dismissive and lacked professionalism. It was concerning to see such inflexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand the importance of handling situations with empathy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was lacking in my interaction with the Securities One staff. Both individuals, whom I believe are from Kerala, India, could benefit from additional training on customer service and interpersonal skills. Overall, my experience with Securities One was marred by the rude behavior of these two staff members. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of service provided to customers.
