Vienna Vet Clinic

We brought our rescued Mumma cat 🐱and her 4 adorable kittens 🐈‍⬛ here earlier today for their very first general check-up, since they were previously strays. We’re happy and satisfied with the warm and kind accommodation we received from the staff. From the reception (Ms. Fevelyn), our fellow Filipino vet nurses, to Dr. Parvathy and everyone was welcoming and kind. Doc was very thorough and kind, and she clearly explained everything from the physical exam, health status, testings, and vaccination schedule. The clinic was clean, had a friendly atmosphere, well-sanitized, and the staff used proper tools especially when handling the cats. We’re also thankful for the free coffee and Wi-Fi while waiting. 😀We highly recommend this clinic, especially for our fellow kabayans. Thank you, Vienna Vet Clinic!

Outstanding care and treatment. Dr Flavia and her team at Vienna vets saved my puppy’s life. We bought her from a pet shop (big mistake) as we couldn’t find a small dog to adopt, and took her for a health check after two days. Dr Flavia found our poor puppy had a temperature, conjunctivitis, an ear infection, and severe bronchial pneumonia. She treated her regularly and kept in touch daily. She was very kind and caring and genuinely wanted to do her absolute best to get our puppy well again. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Outstanding care from beginning to end. I recently took my two cats in for grooming and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I explained clearly what I wanted and even showed pictures, but one of my cats came back with a really uneven haircut — her neck wasn’t blended properly, her tail was poofy at the end and slim at the base, and her toe nails were still untrimmed. I actually had to clip their nails myself afterward. The other cat’s grooming was a bit better, but even her tail didn’t turn out the way I asked. I reached out to the company to explain my concerns, and while they did apologize and offered a small store credit at another location, I didn’t feel that addressed the issue fully. I don’t plan on returning, and I hope this review helps others know what to expect. I really wish things had gone differently, because I wanted this to be a regular place for my cats.

I’ve been bringing my pet to Vienna Veterinary since she was just a puppy, and I couldn’t ask for a better clinic. The team is always incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I’ve never felt more at ease or confident about my pet’s care than I do here. Truly grateful for the consistent support and genuine love they show every visit.
