VIP Dhow Cruise Dubai

I book the "Marina yacht tour". First, They booked me a hour later then reservation! they sent me cinfirmation of booking and after i paid a deposit they sent me another confimation with an hour later!!!! so we got to the boat an our early and had nothing to do. It was not a Yacht! but a big wooden boat. it wasnt wrriten on brochure he sent me. I wanted to book a boat ride that includes view of borj al arab. They said we will see it in the ride. but at the captain of the boat told me that it's not true. Also this agency didnt mention that if i pay the rest of the amount at the boat by credit card they will take another 5%. Do not book anything with this travel agency!!! The boat ride: They didn't have a big choice of drinks. Food was prepared Indian style and doesnt fit everybody. The entertainment was really below avarage. they didn't leave on time. and it wasn't 2 hour boat ride but

This is my worst and first experience in Dubai. No value for money. Take advance payment but service not food. Booking time for cruise was 1830 and pick up at 17 00. No one came. I had to call the contact person but was playing ping pong with me. Finally they shifted pick up at 19 30 for cruise sailing at 21 00. Food was cold. Very bad. No choice. They say unlimited drinks. But gives u only 1 small bottle of water and 1 small plastic glass of soft drink. Dubai people take you for granted take your money and treat you badly. No human touch. The driver was driving so badly to drop off back. I will never recommend this place. You go on holidays but these people give you stress

Poor service and the food was not good. Paid 996 aed plus 300 aed for 4 pax with hotel pick up and drop off. The staff was not very accommodating. Details he/she sent me was wrong. Departure time was 3pm local time and the driver was there earlier. Found out that it was the wrong pick up time from the hotel. My family came rushing down from their rooms just to be on time for the cruise because they have to travel from hotel to marina mall. The staff also told me not to blame them incase we wont be able to meet the departure time. But it was really his fault giving me the WRONG INFO. Though the tour was nice but I would not book this again for that price and that type of customer service. Bad customer service. Bad food. Dont ever book this cruise. Its not worth it.

No star. Bad Service. We booked a dinner cruise on 3rd Dec. We are a family of 12 people but booked as 3 separate bookings. First, they said 45 DHS per person. After booking, they said 45 is for the lower deck only. the upper deck we have to pay extra 10 DHS per person. So I asked him why they didn't inform us earlier. Then they said we can pay on arrival the balance amount. We agreed and paid the balance amount in cash on arrival. He then promises me that he will arrange the table together for us as we are 12 people. But when we reached the cruise they said the upper deck is fully booked you can sit down on the lower deck. We argued with them and ask them to refund the amount which we paid for the upper deck. Then the operator on the cruise said there is no extra charge for the upper deck. both rates are the same. So what is this? If the rates are same why they ask us to pay 10DHS per person extra for upper deck. After some time we got placed in the lower deck. The food was also terrible. The food we received and the menu they give us at the time of booking is entirely different. Also, the water from the AC was leaking into the food and we informed them of this. We did not enjoy the ride at all. Once we get down from the cruise we called the agent and after fighting with him we got back the amount we paid by cash on arrival. But my brother did not receive the amount as he paid the total amount online. Since Saturday I am following up with the agent to refund the amount to my brother. Till now I didn't get any update from them. They are simply avoiding. Do not book any service under them. They are not trustworthy.

We booked "VIP" cruise on 31st of December. Being so dissapointed. We are fine We can have fun wherever but it's just not fair from the company to take so much money for nothing. Late departure, bad food, zero service knowledge, only fun was the view to Firework. Not recomended at all
