FRAUD COMPANY, do not waste your money with this company. I have fell for them and my agent was Julfkar (calls himself Zulfi), has he sold me a unit with an agreement of 50% returned commission in front of 2 other witnesses and written confirmations from his side on Whatsapp and based on that I have proceeded with the buy in March 2024. It’s been a year I am following up on my money and he simply ghosted. And the funniest part is that I have received a makerketing cold call from the same company recently trying to sell me another unit. Please be aware of such companies before investing your money.

I have to say that you rarely find a broker like Julfakar aka Zulfi that cares about his customers and deal with them as if he is dealing with his own money. I have bought 5 properties with him and so far all these have been very profitable. If you seek quality and releasable investment opportunities in the real estate arena, your go to company is Vision Realty. Buying my 6th property very soon with the same broker. Not only does he provide unique buying opportunities but also supports his customers with the selling. One stop shop for buying, selling and providing mortgage facilities. If I could rate 6 starts I would do it anytime.
