Jackie Greenwood is an absolutely fantastic, insightful, knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring practitioner. I am so lucky to have her as my supervisor but also as the Taaleem counselling group to have Jackie present such thought providing talks for us. A million thank you!

Vivamus has literally saved my life. Over 2 years ago I experienced an abrupt and shocking life changing event which affected myself and my 3 children. I fell apart, tried an unsuccessful overdose and all seemed lost. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help but I am living proof that there is help out there and with the right professionals it can really help to turn things around. It was my daughter that took me to Vivamus and found Ms Jackie Greenwood. Jackie has a lovely, calm, caring demeanour and human kindness goes a long way in the healing process. Jackie armed me with tools to cope, especially on the bad days and to learn to be kinder to myself plus so much more. These are things I will apply to the rest of my life. My children have also received support from Jackie and Dr Elizabeth Aizlewood, who has been an amazing fit for my 14 year old daughter. The administration staff are wonderfully aware they are dealing with very fragile people and are kind, compassionate and efficient which also helps with the whole experience at Vivamus. In my experience, medication can help but finding a safe space where you can be totally honest and be taught by professionals how to change the way you view situations has been key for me. It's not always easy to reach out and admit you need help but I cannot stress enough how worth it it is to make the first step. I cannot recommend and thank Vivamus and the team enough!

Jackie delivered an amazing session on self-care/avoiding burnout for counsellors and teachers which was super helpful and engaging too. We definitely took our masks off for this :)

A very useful and insightful talk about considering the traumatic experiences of children as educators. The session provided a lot of take-aways to apply within the classroom and the little things we do to help/hinder the progress of children who have had adverse experiences. So helpful, thank you!
