Save your money and time. I will never recommend VLCC to anyone. When they want you to pay they will message you even at 10pm but when you want to get a call back no one will respond or call back. I paid for my laser session about a month and a half ago. It’s been a headache to get an appointment. I have to work around their schedule. I want a refund but they won’t give me my money back either. No one informed me about no refund policy. They’ve taken my money, I didn’t even take a single session of the laser treatment, nor do they give me a call back. Horrible customer service. Truly a horrendous experience.

I registered for laser hair reduction session at VLCC and my experience after 4 sessions is really good. The staff is very friendly Also they are prompt with giving reminders for each session. Priya my laser hair technician is very efficient and does her job the best. She also makes sure to take feedback after each session and consider all the inputs. Highly recommended🌟
