VOX Cinemas Burjuman

One of the best movie experiences ever. Vox cinemas never fail to deliver the best. Location:Located in the premises of Burjurman mall, Dubai. Close to the burjurman metro station. Staff friendly, kind and courteous. Variety of snacks to choose from. Theatre well maintained, very clean with good audio video. Services are the best.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience at your BurJuman branch. During our recent visit, the air conditioning in the theater was not functioning properly. The auditorium was extremely warm and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the movie. We waited for over an hour, hoping the issue would be resolved, but nothing was done during that time. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like VOX Cinemas. We had expected a comfortable and premium experience, but instead, our time and money were wasted. We are requesting an immediate refund for this inconvenience and expect this matter to be addressed seriously to prevent such experiences in the future.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit @ Burjman Vox-Hall -7. An emergency signage light was reflecting on the screen throughout the movie, which significantly affected the viewing experience. I raised the issue with the staff, but unfortunately, no one took any action to resolve it. I expected better service and responsiveness from a cinema of this standard.

Vox Cinema 10 is a good theatre. It is spacious and comfortable. I found the other screens a bit too small and not as engaging. One major downside is the pricing: they're charging AED 15 for a bottle of water that normally costs AED 2. That’s quite disappointing, especially on hot days when staying hydrated is important. Everything else is fine, but this pricing practice really brings down the overall experience.

0/5 VIP experience. I don't understand what kind of VIP service they are providing. Absolutely waste of money, no VIP service provided in VIP bought ticket. Even no partially reclining seats in VIP Vox theater.
